New to the EA app as origin closed for Mac. Im downloading a new DLC for my the sims 4 game and the download won't work I've tried everything. please someone help.

      hi, I just downloaded the app and I even gave both my game and the ea app full access yet it still won't let me update my sims game.

        I am having a similar issue. I have allowed full disk access for the EA app and have tried several other workarounds, but I am unable to download sims3 store DLC I've paid for, to the app. I tried reaching out to EA help, but they just said to post about it here and they'll work on it.
