Xbox Account Won't Link To EA Account

Question

I have an Xbox Series X with Gamepass Ultimate but whenver I try to play an EA game, it won't connect.

I try to link my Xbox Account to my EA account and I continue to get the following error after multiple password resets that it asks for.

connect_error_social_login_failure

My Playstation Account shows linked just fine, but I cannot link my Xbox Account

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @GT7350B,It sounds like your Xbox account might already be linked to another EA account. Are you constantly being asked to reset the password whenever you try to log in with it?

Thats the issue I'm having, I think my xbox account is linked to the old account holders EA, so i don't know the email or password to be able to unlink them
