3 months agoHello asboyd57, I believe you could try resetting the Xbox App as well!
Right click on the Windows button -> Installed Apps -> Search for "Xbox" -> Click on the 3 dots -> Advanced Options.
Once in that menu, scroll down and click Terminate, then Reset.
This will wipe the app data, meaning you will have to log back in.
Before you open it again, I would also recommend clearing the EA app caches.
Once that is done, open the Xbox app and try again!

Im having the same issue. I've tried everything you recommended but to no avail.
