      Hi @B1SS_JP, @Ninja_Hobb and @MrLastPrime,

      Could you create an Error Report and share the ID with me here?

      You can create an Error Report by clicking on the Windows logo on your keyboard and then going to EA > EA Error Reporter and press yes when you see the command prompt popping up. 

      After filling everything in, you get to see your Error Report ID and that's the one that I need. It would help us with our investigation. 

      @MrLastPrime Could you let me know if EA Desktop or only FIFA 21 crashed?
