xbox game pass linked to ea pp but still giving error

Hello, I play on my pc. I have my gamepass linked to my ea app. But, everytime I open the xbox gamepass the ea pp crash. Always. I had already log out and log in, the email is the same, both apps are update. but on my gamepass is impossible to download an ea game, I always have to fix the ea app.
