Impossible d'installer EA desktop app sur windows 11

 Hello, since I have the gamepass I tried to install the EA DESKTOP application to play my EA games. I have windows 11, the install didn't work on the EA site or from the Xbox app. I had managed to install and open the application from a discussion forum where an MSI link was given. Unfortunately it only took a month for the application to stop working. I couldn't open it anymore. I tried reinstalling it from this link but still couldn't open it.

 After contacting EA support 1 time. 2 times Microsoft support because I suspected that the problem came from windows 11 I learn that the application is not compatible with windows 11. I then recontacted EA support to find out when it will be compatible, they do not know not.

 So this is a request to the developers of the EA desktop application to make the application compatible with windows 11.

    Thanks for creating this thread. I'm afraid the board you've shared this on is supported in English, so this won't get much response if it remains there. Please ensure your posts and threads are shared in the language of the board you're posting on for again. ^^

    I see the word EA Desktop, so I'm going to pop this on over to the French Origin boards.

    Bonjour,

    Il n'y a pas particulièrement de souci de compatibilité entre l'EA App et Windows 11, je le lance sans difficulté et il y a des retours d'autres joueurs également. Par contre les soucis pour installer l'EA App sont assez fréquents de façon générale. 

    Est-ce que votre nom d'utilisateur Windows contient des caractères spéciaux ?

    No, my windows name is my name irl and xbox name is leolougas. 

    Oh and it was the Microsoft support who told me that it was'nt compatible.

    Bonjours comment je peux faire pour installer EA sur mon ordinateur 11 je n'y arrrive pas du tout

    Ce sujet date de plus d'un an. Je vais verrouiller ce sujet pour éviter qu'il ne soit remonté mais si vous rencontrez un problème, n'hésitez pas à ouvrir votre propre sujet.
