Someone hacked my EA account and changed the email

I need help. 

Someone hacked my pc recently via a trojan and he token grabbed me (I think) because he took access to my discord account by sending fraudulous messages to all my friends and servers.

Yesterday I tried to connect to my EA account just to find I was disconnected and that whenever I tried to log in, it kept sending a code to an email that ISN'T MINE and I'm really in a dead end since the support didn't provide me with any help no matter how deep I searched for articles about this issue. 

Can someone please help me and indicate me a way to change the email so that I can have access back to my account ? I spent money into FC26 and I don't wanna lose what I spent.

I still know the username tho.

    Hi! I’m really sorry you’re going through this.

    I’m facing a very similar issue. When I try to log into my EA account using my PlayStation account, EA sends the verification code to an email address that isn’t mine.

    I’ve already contacted EA Support several times, but I’m still trying to recover access.

    Were you able to solve your problem in the end? If so, could you please tell me what worked or what information helped you pass the ownership verification?

    I’d really appreciate any advice. Thank you!

    Hi ! 

    Sadly my issue still hasn't been fixed because they think I have an access to the account which I do not, I only know it's my account and the username but it changed the email adress and the password and they won't understand my issue.

    I'm doing my best to solve it I'll tell you if I have news !
