Bug the sims 4 Gallery xbox

I am extremely frustrated with the current state of The Sims 4 on Xbox.

The Gallery is practically unusable because the game freezes repeatedly when exiting with the B button after downloading content. This has happened multiple times in a single play session, forcing me to completely close and restart the game every time.

I have already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps:

• restarting the console,
• clearing cache,
• disabling Quick Resume,
• restarting the game completely.

Nothing solved the issue.

This problem seriously affects gameplay and makes one of the main features of the game unreliable on console. Considering how long The Sims 4 has been available and how many updates and paid expansions exist, this level of instability is unacceptable.

Please investigate and fix this issue for Xbox players as soon as possible.
