Your EA account is disabled because another application was started

My Sims 4 game is giving an error I get an error that it was suspended because it was started by another EA account. I have done everything to keep my account secure but it never opens and when I click on the game EA saying "Could not be launched by us". Fix this. I really don't want my DLC packs to be gone.

    Hi there, from your description, it sounds like you've lost full control of your account. 

    Please reach out to EA help, they can assist with getting this back under your control, and then the DLC should be available as expected.
