account deletion

The comment still stands!  This sucks!  My email was used by a hacker and I just want to delete.  I FINALLY found the "contact us" button just to HAVE to "search product or game" and "console" and a other questions that don't pertain to DELETING THIS ACCOUNT.  Oh, but when I finally just put in random answer and get to the SUBMIT button, it doesn't work.  Where is the HELP!  Where is the number?!  Stop playing with us please. 

I received an email too about a password code I didn’t request and had to search high and low for a way to delete my account. I managed to submit a ticket but naturally I haven’t heard anything back since.  I can’t stand when companies hold your information hostage and make you jump through hoops to get it off their servers. What kind of desperate act is that to want to purposefully make it difficult to delete your account? Why can’t I just delete it??

The same happened to me! I also received a password code for an account I did not even set up and just want to delete. When I fill everything on the form and press on submit, I cannot submit my form. This sucks so bad.

Your solution does not work for people like some of us below. Even when we fill the form and press on the submit button, we cannot submit it. Please give us another way to delete our account. At least give us some phone number. This is ridiculous. 

Same here. Someone used my email to set up an account and I can't delete it even after submitting the form having to guess about the required fields (which is ridiculous). I did turn on two-factor authentication which I'm hoping will prevent this person from further hacking my email.
