Hello EA Support Team,

 

I am contacting you regarding the recent action taken on my account.

 

Although I received an email stating that my account was incorrectly flagged, the situation was not truly resolved from my perspective. Believing that I had permanently lost access to key features (including the Transfer Market), I stopped playing the game and spent my remaining resources, as I thought there was no reason to continue progressing.

 

Because of this, my engagement with the game was directly affected. The issue was caused by an incorrect action on your side, which led me to believe that my account would not be restored. At this moment, my account still does not feel fully restored to its normal state.

 

Since this situation was not caused by any rule-breaking on my part, I kindly ask you to review my account again and consider appropriate compensation for the negative impact this error had on my gameplay experience and motivation to continue playing.

 

I have always followed EA’s rules and played fairly, and I hope you can understand the frustration this situation caused.
