Account Hacked, Support Non-Existent
As the title states, I just noticed that my actual account has been hacked by some Russian dude. He changed the email, password, and phone number to his own, so I am unable to change any settings. AS of right now, I can still login through Xbox and Steam, so I have access to that side of the account, but we'll see how long that lasts.
Now normally, when something like this happens, your first step would be to contact support. Evidently EA has other plans, because there is no support number, no live chat, just stupid AI chat bots that don't do anything. On top of all of that, the one way you actually "CAN" contact support, is through "help case" system, that is not only extremely difficult to find, it doesn't even work.
Is there a community mod here that I can speak to to at least get the ball rolling somewhat? or am I just SOL because you all could literally care less about your customers?

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.
After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.
I see you were running into some trouble with that portion, but if you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account, that should get this started so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.
