Can we delete comments if you created the post?
i can understand if it's from someone elses post you can't delete comments because it's unnecessary (that should be up to who created the post)
i'm not easily the one who wants to get rid of the comments
but there are times i rather want some comments to get deleted like when you made a mistake...especially if you solved or edited it from your mistakes (it depends of course, i don't want to delete each comments just because of your mistakes, it's only when someone starts a argument or like try to cause troubles)
now i have to report it to ask others (who owned the site) if the comments can get deleted if you made the post but is it possible if you own the post you can delete the comments?
it's what it is if the answer is no so i'll accept it but it could be usefull so you won't have to report it if you own the post (it could spare your reports you may be getting the whole days aswell too)
i bet i can also speak the same for the others who wants this as a option
to make it clear: i can delete my own comment if i created the post but i can't delete comments from others

There is not a way to delete other people's comments from a thread you have started, correct. That can only be done by Community Managers or our forum admins.
If you believe a reply contains a violation of our forum rules, you're welcome to report the post and we'll take a look. If we agree a rule was violated the post would be removed, or if we take a look and don't consider the post to be a violation it would be left alone.
