EA Live Chat

I have been trying to contact EA Live chat for a total of 4 hours. 3 hours last night where an hour of it was going round and round in circles with their chat bot and the other two was sitting on a page saying,

"There are high wait times for EA advisors right now.

To get help whilst you wait:

Try these tools for common EA account issues

search EA help for your issues

check EA forums for help with bugs and errors

Our advisors will get back to you as soon as possible".

And i was also sat in a bot loop for an hour this morning. I urgently need to contact EA Live Chat but their chat bot does not understand this and keeps sending me to the same page for the thousanth time. Its getting extremely frustrating considering ive been playing their games for over ten years probably spenfing close to thousands on purchasing their games and in game currencys. Please help me get in contact with their live chat and not their useless chat bot.

    It's the same for me. Why can't EA find customer service agents to help instead of some stupid bot? You're right that we've paid a lot of money on these games and we should be able to get real help when we need it.
