swwet play is froze on level 30 not fair that many member have been waiting I cant do mine bc it has been froze please fix the issue

I am ready to cancel my membership
I cannot get any help and I am not able to play many of the games. You have till January 27, 2026 to fix my issue. If it's not fixed by then, you will be losing a membership of 20 years.
