Thanks for the feedback.

Generally we've found that folks leaned towards requesting Linear layout, which is why it's been changed in a bunch of places, but sorry for the impact it had on your carefully arranged content.

It's worth noting that for anyone that prefers threaded, you can swap at any time by going to your settings page and updating the Display Format. Not quite as smooth as an in-thread option, but hopefully helpful.

I see then. Thank you for including the option to go back too.

I think that it would be great if posts can be set to people can view it in linear, threaded, or user's setting format. That way I can set those that heavily use threaded to use that and those where I wouldn't want replies to be buried to be linear.

Both have their right places, and I'm glad that there's an option to go back too.
