Linked EA account to Xbox Game Pass issues

Hi all,

I'm posting because we're having major issues with my son's EA account. He is unable to install any games from GamePass on his PC, and gets the "404 not found" error message any time he tries to.

The one major issue I can see is likely the age in his EA account is restricting him from installing games (he really just wants F1 23).

He created an EA account through GamePass, but when I go into it in the help side of things, two things happen: 1) I CANNOT unlink that account to his Xbox account. A code is trying to be sent to some email address with "anonymous.ea.com". 2) I can't create any help cases - I get stuck in a loop of it asking me to log in and doing nothing.

It appears that under a different ID I created with my age that I could indeed download those games, if only I could link them to the Xbox GamePass account. 

I'd love somehow to be able to connect with EA, but can't seem to do that because of this issue!
