Locked out
Trying to play need 4 speed on ps5 and keep getting RESET YOUR PASSWORD screen. The account is linked to a email that I no longer use and a password long forgotten. I’ve tried to create a new account but the game has no way to change the information that it’s looking for????? HELP PLEASE

No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

- In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
- Click on "See all Help Topics"
- Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
- Click "Continue without logging in"
- Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us"
