My account got stolen and get ban permanently

My account got stolen by some random people and my account get ban permanently because of this random person. My account got hacked on October 7th, 2025, and also got banned at the same time. I create my account which is "Clicko1106" since March 2nd, 2019. I already report this situation to help.ea and I already give some proof about this suspicious account that try to hack my account. I hope EA can respond my report as soon as possible, and I hope EA can double check on my history account activity to see about this suspicious account, and I hope I can get my account back. Please guys help me to reach out EA to help my report.
