Need to update my account
I have had my account for a pretty long time, its synced to my Xbox and play often, I created my account with my outlook email, but later on i updated my Microsoft account with a Gmail address and have no way of receiving the code to edit my email, not adding my phone number because that email doesn't exist anymore nor can i even make a new account with the old email because it just cant exist, Ive tried. So can someone help me out please.

If you need to update the email associated with your EA account but no longer have access to the original email, you'll need to reach out to our support team so they can help update those account details.
Generally speaking, the steps on this page would walk you through updating that information, but without access to the email, it'd be best to scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details before working with you to get things updated.
