Trying to Merge a Deceased Loved One's Account, but Can't Get an Advisor...

Hey EA Support, I've been trying to get in contact with an advisor for so help accessing and merging my deceased mother's account that she opened for me when I was a teenager, but the chat never connects. I've been at this for a couple of hours, and I'm at my wit's end.

    First and foremost, my sincere condolences about your mother, I'm very sorry to hear that and I hope you're well.

    Regarding the chat, if you haven't already, please try the following: 

    • Disable ad-blocking software
    • Allow pop-ups
    • Enable cookies and clear your browser cache
    • Use a different Internet browser 
    • Try an incognito or private browsing window 
    • Use a different network, if applicable, or use mobile data instead to see if connection improves
