Need to change email, I deleted my old email so 2fa goes to a dead account
i no longer use the email connect to this account meanwhile I’m still able to sign in via psn, but I’d like to sign into the ea account to play my apex account on pc, but can’t get a code due to the gmail being dead.
If you go through the chatbot flow and answer the questions accurately, it should ask you to confirm the issue category, which would most likely be account-related in this case. After that, you should usually see a few potentially helpful self-help articles, along with a Chat with us option.
Clicking Chat with us should create a case for you. You would normally receive an email with the case number, and the case should also appear in your cases.
