When I try going through the process I’ll always end up putting all my info and it’ll say, want to speak with a representative or real person, it directs me to a different page to where it says I’m not able to be helped. Can you personally help me? All I need is my email changed and then I can re sign in and do 2fa.

If you go through the chatbot flow and answer the questions accurately, it should ask you to confirm the issue category, which would most likely be account-related in this case. After that, you should usually see a few potentially helpful self-help articles, along with a Chat with us option.
Clicking Chat with us should create a case for you. You would normally receive an email with the case number, and the case should also appear in your cases.
If that still isn’t happening, please let me know in more detail which step you’re getting stuck on.
