New Sims Forum Feedback

I know there's been some feedback regarding not being able to foster a community or make proper use of these forums so just wanted to pose this as a thought process/idea here. 

I have the ability to create forums on my website which grew from the home of my Sims 3 story into a full blown reference for guides, stories and challenges for the game. I intend to follow up and create Sims 4 guides too in due course. I have created some forums for both 3 and 4 which have sub forums (general, creative, mods) but they're a work in progress. If this is something people would be interesting in utilising please do let me know. As far as I'm aware they're a basic forum setup with chronological posts, sub-sections, tags, and I think I can get plugins to enable customisation of signatures etc. All it requires is a wordpress account for security which of course you can customise your profile avatar for independently. It's not something I'd want to massively advertise as I'm just one person and have never done it before but please do let me know if something like that would be of interest. 

I am not 100% on allowing self-promo threads as it is my own blog that I have worked super hard on, many youtubers and twitch streamers will be used to the usual 'no self-promo' rules but I'd be up for creating a one-stop directory that links to a site/blog per person. Anyway, let me know.
