Problems with accounts etc.
Suggestion: While browsing the forums, we see that many people are having issues with their account information etc. Since these issues cannot be discussed on the forums, we recommend that you include a link to "EA Help" in a prominent place on the forums. For example, "If you're having problems with your account, please go here."

Thanks for your feedback. At the moment, you can find this information in the EA Forums Tutorials & Rules | EA Forums, there's a section called: What EA staff here can help with | EA Forums - 18. There's also a link to EA Help at the bottom of each page.
