Switching Ea accounts and Xbox

When I was younger I had a email I used but I’ve lost the password and can’t get into it. I just got a new Xbox and I can’t log into ea without having a verification code I thought i could make a new ea account and change it but you can’t. What do you do in this situation.

    Hi there, I’m sorry you’re having trouble accessing the EA Account linked to your Xbox profile.

    First, try signing in to EA Help by selecting the Xbox login option and using your Xbox account details. If that still asks you to verify through the old email address, you’ll need to contact EA Help so an advisor can help you recover the existing EA Account and update its information.
