How to delete an account I no longer have access to
Around 10 years ago I created an ea account with my email at the time. I then finished the game I wanted to play with this account and haven't used my ea account is like at least 5 years I believe. I no longer have access to this email as it has been deleted, meaning I cannot log into the account to unlink it from my xbox account.
Seeing as I completed the game, I want to start over so I created a new ea account today with my email that I have used for the last few years.
How can I delete/unlink my old account that I no longer have access to, from my xbox, to now link up my new account to this xbox?

Have you spoken with your email provider to see if it is possible to retrieve your account?
Having access to it would be the fastest way to fix the issue.
If not, then you can check out the account deletion process here
It has all the info you need to delete an account but be warned, you may need to have to try and regain access to your email account in order to assist in verifying your account ownership.
