3 accounts of family members are banned ?
Myself and my teenager have in total three accounts. We purchased a PS5 with FC26 bundle, than another EA game F1.
After a few weeks we were asked in the PS5 to pay again around 80 Euro for the FC26 games, which we did not do. Now all three accounts a banned for violation of rules.
I did open a case to investigate but did not receive any detailed answer. Instead just a standard reply that there was a violation or rules and therefore the accounts would remain banned.
The strange thing is, that two of the three accounts where not even playing the games but should have violated some rules? Why does EA not give more details? This feels arbitrary. Refusing to investigate, not given answers? Now I discover that many people seem to have problems.
Can I get my money back? This feels like fraud to me.
Does anyone has the same or similar use suddenly being banned with no explanation?
habe eben festgestellt, dass im Online Portal die Sperrung meines Accounts wieder aufgehoben wurde. Keine Begründung bzw, Antwort - irre.
