@163 and @126 are in the blacklist of EA system , can't submit an appeal!

Dear EA team,

I am writing to let you know that thousands of Chinese loyal players are confused by the type of @126 and @163 emails. The problem has occurred about more than 10 years. These two types of email are in the blacklist of EA system. So when the ban or block occurs to players' accounts with these emails, they can't submit an appeal for their account in any way. The online consultant provides two ways to submit an appeal, but both of them are not useful! If they log in account and submit an appeal in the page of penalty history, it displays error after clicking the submit button. If they fill in the information as a guest, once they fill in 163 or 126 email, the case will be a fake case. The case number starts with #8 or #9 but actually it should be #2. Besides, there is mo email address was generated, and there are no buttons visible in the case records.

As a large gaming company, you shouldn’t be making this kind of mistake, nor should you ignore this issue. We don’t know why you are blocking these email addresses, but since you allow players to register with these emails, you should provide full services to these players. Alternatively, you shouldn’t allow players to use these email addresses to register at all.
