2FA Verification Email not sending for 6 days please help me

Been trying to log in for the past 6 days now and still have yet to be contacted about it and now I cant even make a case to resolve this. Can anyone help me cause this 2fa verification email refuses to send and I don't know what else to do.

Edit: 7 days now.

    need to how two emails in account go to ea. account  add second, email verification emails don't go to your log in email

    log in to your ea account go to security and privities there you add second email
