2FA Verification Email not sending for 6 days please help me

Question

Been trying to log in for the past 6 days now and still have yet to be contacted about it and now I cant even make a case to resolve this. Can anyone help me cause this 2fa verification email refuses to send and I don't know what else to do.

Edit: 7 days now.
