28t2ayveerh3 if you file a ticket, there will be an option to speak with an agent. Insane that they try to bury it, but such is life.
EA_Darko I guess I was one of the lucky few then, check out this email I got this afternoon. Genuinely not trying to be ill-spirited when I say this, but as a meaningful tip, don't be dismissive just because you haven't experienced an issue. Bugs lurk around these kind of systems all the time.
