I’ve had similar situation where I am trying to access my purchased games from EA using my university email that I had created with. I no longer have access to because I already graduated and when I went to check back, the case had already been marked resolved, even though there’s nothing resolved about it and I have waited on chat over 15-45 minutes, and the wait time estimate keeps changing. Finally I connected with two people, who transferred me immediately over and now it says I’m in queue for over 99 people to connect with a specialist. This is ridiculous.! Where you able to get your case resolved?
