Acc permanently banned by mistake

Hello EA Support team,

My account has been permanently banned, but i believe this was a mistake. I was never informed why ı was banned, but my guess is that it was because ı used WARP. I was using Cloudflare Warp (a vpn service) for connection privacy and didn't realize that it could trigger a violation of EA's terms. I have never used cheats, thirt-part tools or engaged in any form account abuse.

I kindly ask you to review my case and reconsider the ban. I really value my EA account and all the games linked to it. I assure you this won't happen again
