i got hacked and i trying to do a case but i legit cant find in ea help were to start a case. i tried following suggested steps but doesn't apply to me Bec my email was changed by Hecker and cant recover account. question is, how to navigate to start a case.

I'm so sorry to hear this and to hear you're having trouble reaching our support team. The EA Help site recently underwent a revamp, so things may be a bit different depending on what steps you followed.
Our support team can help you update the email address on the EA account, once you've passed the account ownership verification stage with them. They'll do their best from there to assist you with recovering access to the account and resecuring it.
