Account delete

Hello everyone,

I want to delete my EA account along with all the games in it. Is there a moderator who can help?

Note: When I look at the EA HELP section, it says "Contact an advisor." But it doesn't offer any guidance.

    Hi BELLIONNNNNN​, 

    Sorry, your post got lost in a sea of notifications. 

    I can't fill out the "product or game" tab on the form you asked me to fill out because the situation I requested isn't available

    Gotcha! Ok, as this is a ban appeal, here's the options you'll want to select for the webform. I've tested them myself and they work:

    • Your Information: First name, last name, an email you have access to to hear back through.
    • What kind of issue are you having? Submit an appeal
    • What game is this related to? Apex? FC 26? BF6? Whichever game the ban is applied to
    • What platform are you using? PC? Mac? PlayStation? Xbox?
    • Describe your issue: Use this space to talk about the ban and why you're appealing it
    • Upload a file (optional): If you have screenshots or clips to help with the ban appeal, this would be where you'd include them

     

    Once you filled these out, you'll see the 'Submit' option change from grey to blue, meaning you can now select it and send through your ban appeal.

    We cannot even delete our own account voluntarily. What a **bleep** system you have.

    Unfortunately, the option you mentioned is not visible to me. Even though I have sent an e-mail to the "contact us" section many times, I still have not received a response.

    Hi BELLIONNNNNN​, 

    When I look at the EA HELP section, it says "Contact an advisor." But it doesn't offer any guidance.

    Try these steps to contact them 🙂:

    • Open this guide 'How to delete an EA Account': This will open a guide that will share some tips.
    • Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of the guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
    • Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
    • Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
    • Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.” 
    • Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will be ready to help.
