account email changed

Hello, can you help me.. I can't log in to my EA account that is linked to my Steam account, because my EA account email address is not recognized,,, I have created a new EA account but can't play EA games on Steam because it is linked to the old EA account...
Help me to change the email address on the old EA account and I delete the new EA account I created...
My EA account name is Abuamar354.. I don't know why the email is not recognized...
