Rude agents at EA

I was hung up on and was hung up on twice. Actually by by agents trying to help me. I'm sure they have an excuse but but I need help trying to understand. I have the whole text log by the way. Also it would not help me with any type of compensation because of the state that battlefield's in. I need like my money back or something and they said no. I said can I get a credit in the game at least for the way things are they said no I'm like well then what the **bleep** you know I spent money many times. Is there any way to get some form of something back? 

 

 

Also another issueI need more information than they're working on it please anythingI'm pretty sure they're not working on fixing any of the challenges. Does anybody know how to fix this support specialist challenge too to get it? Because apparently they upgraded the game day to take away mortars and they're protective devices, but they didn't give us the challenge fixDoes anybody know about the challenge fixSo they can update the game and take away mortar protection. But they can't update the actual needs of the game to play the game and complete the game. Thank you. I just wanted to know their prioritieswe talkin about the supply pouch **bleep**?They care about nerfing **bleep** rather than upgrading the completion help so that means so much man. Thank you

    Sorry to hear that the advisors you were engaging with ended the chat before reaching your preferred resolution. 

    When it comes to compensation, neither live support nor we here on the forums are able to support that, as it isn't up to us to decide, unfortunately. If there are any features in particular that are negatively impacting your experience, please feel free to create a constructive thread to share your feedback with us. While we might not reply to every thread, we are reading what our players are sharing and passing that feedback along: What EA staff here can help with

    Regarding the support specialist challenge, if you're referring to it not tracking, we've notified the studio of this and it's being investigated. I'm afraid we don't have any updates on progress or when to expect a fix, but once we do, we'll update this thread: Support Specialist 2 Challenge Not Completing.  

    Thanks for your patience and understanding in the meantime!

    Thank you so much for your diligence as this is what I appreciate is just up front. Thank you. Just wondering why they put out an update today if it's been in the tracking like like don't put out an update that fixes mortars quote" if people are like unable to actually play the game
