Rude agents at EA
I was hung up on and was hung up on twice. Actually by by agents trying to help me. I'm sure they have an excuse but but I need help trying to understand. I have the whole text log by the way. Also it would not help me with any type of compensation because of the state that battlefield's in. I need like my money back or something and they said no. I said can I get a credit in the game at least for the way things are they said no I'm like well then what the **bleep** you know I spent money many times. Is there any way to get some form of something back?
Also another issueI need more information than they're working on it please anythingI'm pretty sure they're not working on fixing any of the challenges. Does anybody know how to fix this support specialist challenge too to get it? Because apparently they upgraded the game day to take away mortars and they're protective devices, but they didn't give us the challenge fixDoes anybody know about the challenge fixSo they can update the game and take away mortar protection. But they can't update the actual needs of the game to play the game and complete the game. Thank you.
