sadly its been around 2 months now and ive lost hope. just posting this for fellow EA customers that you can get bans for absolutely no reason and the ban wont be removed either. GG's. and it isnt like i lost 1 game, i lost my whole account which had around 10 EA games. 🙂
AkBC111 in the same boat, the live chat advisors are so unhelpful. I don’t have access to the email or phone number but could provide every other bit of information, but the account is unrecoverable. I don’t even want to think about the amount of money and time I’ve spent into this company.
They will help you get back your account but the ban stays 🤣🤣 professional edging , excuse my language but it is what it is . Stupid company , just give up on the account if it’s banned! 3 months down and still no response on the ban. GG!
