Account Hacked email got changed and then got banned

So I try to log into Battlefield 6 on my PlayStation 5 and apparently I needed to do the login verification but the email that it’s connected to is a russian .ru email, which I obviously do not have access to so I can’t even log in to my EA account that was linked to my PlayStation account.(Photo 1 & 3) And then when I tried looking at my email I got this message a while back saying it got banned for some reason (Photo 2). He even changed my EA name(Photo 4). I had to create a whole new EA account just to type this message in the forums. Please help me fix this I was literally playing BF6 yesterday I was level 78. 11/18/2025

    Hi StraightInU,

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account, and gotten it banned for rule breaking. Our Terms of Service team can look into that ban for you. To do that, you'll need to submit an appeal. This Guide will share more information to help you with that:

Please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your EA account back under your control. There may be some steps that can't be completed while the ban is in place, but that's ok, the ban itself will limit any activity on the EA account itself, so nothing further can take place on the account while the ban is in place.

Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as SteamAmazon, and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStationXboxNintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple IDGoogle Play), and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
