Account hacked/Banned

So my account was hacked and banned and my email connected to EA was changed. I cant access my old EA account/games etc. It tells me my email doesn't exist in the system so I cant change password or anything. My EA account was linked to Steam/Xbox as well. I had to make this new account to even contact help (still waiting.) I still have access to my email used to create the account. Any help?
