Account help
So I've played Sims since I was a kid and had an organ account with the Sims 4 and almost all of the kits/packs/etc. I got locked out when they made the switch from Origin to the EA app. The email that was linked to my account is now dead and I can't get in to it. I had my phone number and a backup email linked but for some reason it is not recognizing those. There is no customer support number and the bot is completely unhelpful. This is so incredibly frustrating, I spent so much money and time on these games and EA has no way to contact them. Even the 'start a case' function on the account management page just reroutes me to an unrelated page. Can someone help me?

To restore access to your EA account, you'll need to update the email on the account. Our support team can help you with that once you've passed the security stage with them.
