When going through the instructions after clicking on make a case it always ends up taking me back to my settings to change my email, rather than letting me open a case. Is there another way I can open a case/connect with an advisor? Thank you

8 months agoChoose the option for "I want to update my EA Account information" when creating the case. You should see the option for chat in the lower left then.
