Account Issue

Hi,

 because theres a problem reporting from the website about technical issues I'm reporting this technical issue here.

I wanted to speak to someone from technical support about accessing my original origin account my user name was JOTS516 and someone is still illegally inside my account somehow. Can an administrator please address this post because they are data mining with Sim City Online to communicate with me over a microphone. Thank you for your help!
