Account Linking
Hey so I am going to make a shift back to Playstation, and I really want to be able to keep my ea account and link it to the new Playstation. My problem is my ea account is already linked to a old account that I do not have the credentials to and I have so many years of stats from this EA account anyone know what to do?

I'm afraid you won't be able to link a new PlayStation account to the same EA account, even after unlinking the current one. This is because you can link only one platform account to an EA account in its lifetime. If you want to switch PlayStation devices, you can do so by signing in to the new device with the PlayStation account linked to your EA account. In other words, it'd be best if you try connecting with PlayStation's support team to recover the account, if you haven't already.
You could try reaching out to our live support team to see if they can help override the original account link. Please note that unlinking accounts always comes with some risks, so proceed only after you've taken a moment to understand them.
