I tried to play Sims 4 today, but I was hit with a verification screen. I have made an entirely new account, cleared my cache, re-downloaded the app twice, and repaired it, but it shows someone else's email and not mine. It has never done this before until now. Can someone please help?

That sounds like you might be trying to log into an old account you no longer have access to. If you want to play a game you own, you need to access it through the EA account, on which you made the purchase. A new account wouldn't have the game, unless you buy it again.
Maybe you have forgotten the login credentials for the account. In that case, please contact EA support and they can help you further.
