Account Reactivation
I can’t play battlefield at all because it says my account was deactivated. And then, there’s the debacle that EA help has absolutely no customer service.

You can try requesting a new password for the deactivated accout. That sometimes works. However, if it doesn't then you will need to open a case at help.ea.com. Please note that EA Help may need to confirm that you're the official owner of the account first, so it might be worth having as much information as possible when getting in touch.
