Hello there. I'm sorry to say, if you can't verify owning the account, support won't be able to help with the linked accounts. The best I can advise is to try again with an advisor to correctly answer the account ownership verification questions.

if they are checking the current info of the account of course it is not going to match, but they wont check my account history, the original email used to create the account is mine and the steam account link to it is mine, what more proof the support team need!!!? i can not say that they are giving any support if they are reading from a script rather than looking into the problem itself

    Support will ask you some questions that when answered correctly, verify you own the account. I'm very sorry. This is not something we can assist with over the EA Forums.
