Account Recovery - linking

Hi

recently I tried to launch BF1 on steam and it asked me to login to my EA account which I did but then I found out that my EA account was hacked a while ago not sure when exactly but I think it happened in December 2024, the info on that account was changed including the email and I can not access anymore and since I can only link one account and I can not unlink the account unless I can access my EA account the game in my library became unplayable not only BF1 but any future games that require EA account will be unplayable, I tried to contact EA support and for 3 days they kept repeating the same script to me without listing to a word i say and they reach a decision within seconds that they can not verify that the account belong to me, I can prove that the steam account is mine and i have access to the original email that I used to create my EA account and I have the welcome message that I got when creating the account back in 2017, a while ago I faced the same problem with another platform and they were so helpful and account was recovered within 24 hours.

any ideas how can i solve this issue :(
