Account unlink Issue HELP

So I don't know if this is the right place to post this but, apparently a random Xbox account is linked to my EA account. I want to link my actual Xbox account to EA but it is telling me obviously only 1 account can be linked. Problem is, I have no idea what Xbox account that is and I desperately need it to be unlinked so I can link my actual one. I started a case days ago with absolutely no response at all so as a last ditch effort I am making a post here.
