Plz help me

Hello EA Support Team,

I need help recovering my EA account that is linked to my PlayStation Network account.

Here is my situation clearly explained:

  • Since around 2020, my PSN account has been linked to an EA account registered with this email: [edit: email address removed]
  • Unfortunately, this email address has been permanently disabled, and I no longer have any access to it. I cannot receive reset password or verification codes on it.
  • Later, I changed the email of my PlayStation Network account to: [edit: email address removed]
The PSN account itself works perfectly, and I can download and play all my games from the library.
  • However, when I try to play EA SPORTS FC online, I am asked to reset my EA password, but the reset code is still sent to the old, inaccessible email.
  • When I try to link my PSN account to a new EA account, I get an error saying that this PSN is already linked to another EA account and can only be linked once in a lifetime.

What I am requesting: I kindly ask you to help me recover the original EA account by either:

  • Updating the EA account email from the old inaccessible email to my new active email: [edit: email address removed]
    OR
  • Manually assisting with unlinking the PSN account from the old EA account and restoring access properly.

I can provide any verification information you need, such as:

  • PSN ID
  • Games played (FIFA / EA SPORTS FC)
  • Approximate account creation date (around 2020)
  • Country/region

Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate your support.

Kind regards,
Bilal Bazal

  • I have a similar issue but mine says my psn account is linked to an email that isn’t mine so it’s either a mistake or someone might of hacked me somehow, but says it’s a lifetime link like yours, hopefully you can find a way to recover your link, I’ll have to try customer support too but don’t have much hope , Tim
