After subscribe monthly the Fifa ultimate 2026 not offer my game trial

After subscribe monthly and was payed  for the trial Fifa ultimate 2026 not offer my game trial after click on button GAME TRIAL i get error: SOMETHING WENT WORNG CODE : CE112987-8

    Hey isimon855​, 

    Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty accessing the game trial. 

    If you haven't tried already, here is a workaround that solved this for some players: 

    • Go to the PlayStation app on Android or iOS 
    • Navigate to My Games
    • Select FC 26 and download to the device you want to play on

    Thank you dont use the app on phone but was working that solution and delited app from phone. Thank you.
